CHARACTER PREPARATION

For our protagonist, we kept her costume quite simple and neutral, incorporating greys and blacks. 

For the makeup we created a bruise on her eye using eye-shadow and lip balm. 

Her hair was kept open in a rather rough and messy way. 

For our other character ; his face is covered throughout the opening scene and isn’t revealed at any point, so makeup wasn’t needed. 

His costume consists of a black ‘shalwar kameez’ (traditional attire) and he wears a black hoodie over it to hide his face.

He holds a prop in some of the shots - a shovel.
